This 112-unit apartment community was purchased in 1989 and since acquisition has been managed by Frye Properties, Inc. These apartments were constructed in 1980 originally under the auspices of the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program. The community was converted to a market rent community in 2003. In conjunction with this conversion, the community is undergoing extensive ($1.2 million) interior and exterior renovations, as well as the construction of a new pool and fitness center.
